Farm First Wellness Checks
Farm First will be providing free 15 minute check-ins for farmers at the conference, focusing on stress. Their wellness coach will have a private space to do a mental health wellness survey with the option to schedule a follow-up phone call. For more information or to sign up for a wellness check, email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the conference or head to the Farm First table in the Exhibitors Fair on the day of.
