Take action now against suicide

Farmers face one of the highest suicide rates of any occupation. One reason is isolation. If you're feeling suicidal, take the feelings seriously. Do not be alone with them. There is nothing to feel embarrassed about.

One of the worst things about suicidal feelings is that everything we think about from this place can seem hopeless. Everything is not hopeless in reality. When you're in a better place, things will appear differently. You can't force that; just accept that you may not be able to see the full picture right now.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, or needs emergency medical services, Call 9-1-1
